I am a qualified Nutrition Coach with a Diploma in Applied Nutrition. I also have 12 years private catering experience. I want to inspire you, share my nutritional knowledge and pass on my passion for healthy cooking to you. Wandsworth Cooking Classes

Healthy Cooking & Nutrition Workshops

The demo-based classes take place in my Wandsworth kitchen. I teach you how to create delicious, nutritious and balanced meals but, with my nutritional coaching background, will also educate you as to why certain foods can have a beneficial or damaging effect on your health. Classes available to book are: Everyday Healthy, Healthy Food for Friends, Energy Boosting & Mood Food, Nourish your Family & ‘Not so naughty’ Sweet Treats.  A Hormonal Health workshop and Gut Health workshop will be announced soon…
